Moncrief Construction Limited is continually its updating Health, Safety, and Environmental Practices and Procedures in order to exceed industry standards.

MCL is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of all employees, subcontractors, and personnel at our workplaces. Our top priority is to create a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining clear corporate safety policies and standards, and by adhering to the safety standards of our clients and governing agencies.

Our corporate safety policy is continually evolving to follow best safety practices, to provide ongoing awareness and training to employees, and to promote and enable a strong and effective communication network.

In 2014, MCL was successful in achieving the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) Certificate of Recognition (COR™) for the province of Ontario. We are very proud to have been the 85th company in Ontario to achieve this recognition, and the first to achieve this designation for Aggregate Production. In 2017, MCL underwent a routine COR™ audit by the IHSA, and was successfully recertified. MCL has also received COR™ Equivalency for the province of Manitoba.

MCL is committed to protecting the environment. Our environmental policy requires that we eliminate and control environmental hazards to ensure that hazardous materials are not introduced to the environment.  MCL complies with all environmental regulations and practices enforced by our clients and governing bodies.
